This workshop takes place in the beautiful Peak District.

We start with a prep talk, before we set off for a walk to connect with Nature.

You will be shown how to connect with plants and make your own Flower Essence

Each plant, tree has its own unique vibration, it's spirit, it's medicine

Essences work with us on an energetic level. They can alter our emotional patterns and vibrations

By connecting with a plant that calls you, you can be sure you are recieving exactly what is right for you.

These workshops last for 4 hours and as the weather can be unpredictable it's advisable to bring waterproof clothing.
