Welcome to my collection of Flower Essences. Each Essence has been hand made by myself and Mother Nature, right here in the Hope Valley, in the beautiful Peak District.

I have been working with Plant's, Herbs, Flowers and Trees along side my Reiki and other energy healing modalities since 1997.

I feel truely blessed to live here and connect with Nature on a daily basis.

Living in such a stunning and undisturbed part of the UK. I have had the opportunity to learn and grow with Nature, Reiki and other energy healing modalities since 1997.  

I have become aware over this time that Flowers, Plants and Trees are conscious, intelligent forces.

They have been given to us for our happiness and our healing. I truly believe Mother Nature has all the answers for our well-being.

Its my absolute pleasure and privilige to bring the mesages and healing vibrations of the Flowers and Trees of the Peaks to you.

At the begining of Lockdown in 2020 I began to work even more closley with Nature and particularly the Essences.  

With everyone's emotional wellbeing experiencing a bit of a roller coaster ride, I knew I had to something more to support my Clients, friends and family.  I got all trained up, did my research and now have the qualifications, certificates and Insurance for this exciting new project.

I connected with the flowers and plants on a very deep and beautiful level and was suprised to hear they had been waiting for me!

How my Essences are created

The first step is intention.  The intention being, to connect to the flowers and plants with the purpose of creating an Vibrational Essence.  I start in my garden where I am very connected to the Spirit's of place.  I use grounding and breathing techniques, sometime's a delicious cup of Cacao.

The plants generally call me, for a few weeks before the actual Essence is made.  So, I have a good idea where to start.

It is really difficult to explain how I feel when the plant connects with me.  But, I often see colours and images to begin with and I have a sense of knowing.  Sometimes I am taken on journeys to troubled times in my life, sometimes I see written words or scenarios play in my minds eye.

But, always I recieve a simple poem from them.

Once I am sure and only then, I begin the Essence making.

I use pick and non pick method depending on what each plant requests. For both methods, I give the plant an offering,say a few words of gratitude and my intention.  I then sit with the plant so I get a real sense of their wishes.

I place water in a clear glass bowl and place a few petals or flowers in the bowl and leave in sunshine surrouned by Quartz Crystal points for 2-3 hours.  For the non pick method I place the bowl at ground level amongst the flowers.

We all know that water holds memory, right?    German Scientists have discovered what they have called “The Discovery of The Millennium”, and a huge revelation in human consciousness.  Also that there are different componants in tears!

Each plant carries a unique energetic “message”, and when we take flower essences, they bathe the body in their positive vibration and wash out the negative. Flower essences help us to  balance with each other and our Earth.
