I have always been interested in all things natural. At a very early age I realized I had a strong connection with Nature and Spirit. Growing up in London Westminster, wasn’t the best place to experience Nature. Although, I always had access to the parks there.

 

I am now lucky enough to live in the beautiful Peak District, where I have had the opportunity to learn much more about what Mother Nature provides for us.

 

Most of the Workshops and Training I offer are based on Natural Healing. Whether this be Energy work or working with herbs, plants, trees, colour or numbers.

 

I have been a Reiki Practitioner since 1997 and have built up my holistic studies and qualifications over the years. Whilst bringing up my 3 Children and helping with my 4 Grandchildren.

 

I do not call myself a Shaman, although I work in a very Shamanic way. 

 

I believe relaxation is the key to better health in fact it is said that around 75% of illness in the U.K. could be contributed to stress.

 

My aim is to deliver a friendly effective treatment using my skills gathered over my 25 years in Practice. I offer each Client a free, full consultation.

 

I believe that it is important for my Clients to receive a service that allows them to have the best treatment suited to their individual needs and continue with the healing process after their treatment. My workshops are designed to Empower you and give you tools to help yourself.

 

After-care advice is given, along with simple self-help techniques that you can use at home. Whether they be Meditation and Breathing techniques, Crystal Therapy, Aromatherapy, NLP or Hypnotherapy.

 

Come and relax and recharge. Our heated treatment tables during winter make for an ultimate relaxation experience.

 

I offer a sliding scale on Therapy prices and I am always open to exchange of services. Please just ask.
